1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.
2. Services Provided
Alfa Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The scope of work is defined during the booking process. We reserve the right to refuse service if the property conditions are found to be unsanitary beyond standard cleaning boundaries, or hazardous to our team.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Prices quoted online are estimates based on standard property conditions. Final prices may be adjusted upon visual inspection.
- Payments are due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement has been established.
- We accept major credit cards and direct transfers.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional charge. We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.
6. Liability
While we take extreme care when cleaning your property, accidents can happen. Alfa Cleaning is fully insured. Please notify us of any highly valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning begins so we can avoid touching them.
